Our venue

Located in a peaceful area known as a strong energy spot in the Monferrato area, the Retreat Monferrato centre offers inspiring surroundings of wild beauty as well as astonishing landscape.

Covering an area of around 450 m², the Villa is a beautifully restored former monastery dating from the 1500s.

Sara

Certified yoga instructor, trained in India with Yoga Alliance® certifications: RYT 500h, ERYT 200h, and YACEP.

A passionate yoga teacher, singer, and musician, Sara has been offering yoga classes, kirtan mantra circles, and meditation workshops since 2019, creating a unique holistic experience.

ORIENTAL DANCE

Laura

Oriental dance instructor with a Level I diploma from the Zagharid Academy (Milan) and a Level II diploma from the Sandra Academy (Nice).

A ballet dancer for 6 years and an oriental dancer for 16 years, Laura has taught in Bergamo, Paris, and now Nice. She works as an assistant to Sandra Khalhoun, a world-renowned instructor and creator of a unique improvisation method.
