After several years' experience, I teach yoga with kindness and respect.
My classes aim to improve flexibility, strength and balance while cultivating a deep connection between body and mind.
MANTRA
As a passionate practitioner of Nada Yoga, I organise mantra chanting circles to raise vibrations and encourage inner healing.
MEDITATION
I offer guided meditation sessions to help you achieve a state of deep calm and mental clarity. Using a variety of techniques, my sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote overall well-being.
