Yoga with me
I teach Hatha Yoga, a discipline aimed at balancing the body and mind. This practice develops both flexibility and strength through postures performed consciously and synchronized with the breath. Through Pranayama, the control of the breath, my classes encourage a better understanding of movements and provide both mental and physiological benefits.
I adapt my classes according to the level and personal goals of each individual, whether they are beginners, intermediates, or advanced practitioners. According to the tradition of yoga, Pranayama (conscious breathing technique) is a fundamental component for a healthy and balanced practice.
In daily life, breath control helps calm the nervous system, improve concentration, restore regular sleep, and center emotions. Join me for an enriching and balancing experience.
